變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)器齒輪(lun)的(de)作(zuo)用是(shi)輸出動力,實現變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)器傳(chuan)動比的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)換(huan),即實現換(huan)檔,以達到變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)的(de)作(zuo)用。變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)器齒輪(lun)經常(chang)在高(gao)轉速(su)、高(gao)負(fu)荷、轉速(su)和負(fu)荷不斷交變(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)情況下工作(zuo),因此容易損壞。
1、輸出軸(主(zhu)軸)倒檔齒輪(lun),俗(su)稱倒檔從(cong)動齒輪(lun);
2、中(zhong)間軸(副(fu)軸)倒檔齒輪(lun),一(yi)般與(yu)中(zhong)間軸制(zhi)為一(yi)體;
3、倒檔(dang)惰輪,裝在(zai)倒檔(dang)軸上(shang),用來進行變換輸出軸主旋向。
1、先安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)好掛鉤的(de)所有叉子(zi),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)可(ke)以(yi)確(que)認的(de)輸入軸、齒輪,以(yi)叉子(zi)為準,看是否安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)該部件(jian),確(que)認是一檔、二(er)檔,然(ran)后逐一安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。
2、變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)指(zhi)汽(qi)車變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi),分為手動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)兩種。手動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)由齒(chi)(chi)輪和軸構(gou)成(cheng),通過(guo)(guo)不同(tong)齒(chi)(chi)輪的(de)組合(he)產生變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju),另外一(yi)方面,自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)AT由液力(li)變(bian)(bian)(bian)矩(ju)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、行星齒(chi)(chi)輪、液壓(ya)操作(zuo)系統構(gou)成(cheng),通過(guo)(guo)流(liu)體傳遞和齒(chi)(chi)輪的(de)組合(he)產生變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)功能(neng)是(shi)改變(bian)(bian)(bian)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比使(shi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機在有利(li)的(de)情況下(xia)工(gong)作(zuo),在不改變(bian)(bian)(bian)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)方向的(de)情況下(xia)使(shi)汽(qi)車后退行駛,利(li)用空檔切(qie)斷動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)傳遞,使(shi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機能(neng)夠起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、怠速(su)(su)(su),使(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)換擋(dang)和動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)輸出變(bian)(bian)(bian)得容易(yi)。
變(bian)速器齒輪的(de)安裝方法:
1、拉出撥叉(cha)軸(zhou),墊(dian)(dian)(dian)圈厚(hou)度是否合適,各處紙(zhi)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)圈是否完好。組裝后(hou),請(qing)旋(xuan)轉輸(shu)入(ru)軸(zhou),依次掛上各擋塊進(jin)行主操作,防(fang)止安(an)裝錯(cuo)誤和(he)安(an)裝遺漏,并旋(xuan)松拆卸順序和(he)堵頭螺(luo)栓。檢(jian)查所有(you)墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian);
2、按組(zu)裝(zhuang)順序安裝(zhuang)變速器時(shi),其零(ling)部件組(zu)裝(zhuang)順序與(yu)拆(chai)卸時(shi)的(de)順序相反,確保(bao)各齒輪(lun)嚙合面。安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中請始(shi)終轉動(dong)配合;
3、請注(zhu)意零件的潤(run)滑,在(zai)安(an)裝軸(zhou)(zhou)承前涂抹黃(huang)油(you)或油(you)。從(cong)鏈輪(lun)方(fang)向拉出(chu)輸出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou),然后拉出(chu)兩端的軸(zhou)(zhou)承。曾(ceng)拆下倒(dao)檔軸(zhou)(zhou)(或中間軸(zhou)(zhou))及倒(dao)檔齒(chi)輪(lun)。
