電液控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模塊總成(cheng),電液控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),是指在液壓(ya)傳動(dong)與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,能(neng)夠接受模擬式或數字式信號,使輸出的流量或壓(ya)力邊續(xu)成(cheng)比例地受到控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的一種控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)法。 電液控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模塊是控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變速器(qi)換擋而不(bu)是手動(dong)換擋的執行(xing)單元。
電液(ye)模塊損壞會讓車動力(li)下降(jiang)加速時加不起來油。

1、電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)組成(cheng):電(dian)液(ye)模塊中(zhong)電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)組成(cheng)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)有指令(ling)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)、比(bi)較元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)、電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)、比(bi)例(li)閥、液(ye)壓執(zhi)行器(qi)等(deng)。指令(ling)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)是給(gei)定控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號的(de)產生與輸(shu)入的(de)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)。也可稱(cheng)為(wei)編程器(qi)或輸(shu)入電(dian)路。在有反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號存在情況下它(ta)給(gei)出(chu)與反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號有相同(tong)形式(shi)和量級的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號。比(bi)較元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)功(gong)用是把(ba)給(gei)定輸(shu)入與反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號進行比(bi)較得出(chu)偏差信(xin)(xin)號作為(wei)電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)入。電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)通常被稱(cheng)作比(bi)例(li)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)由于含在比(bi)例(li)閥內的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)鐵需要的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)流(liu)較大(da)而偏差控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)流(liu)較小(xiao)不足(zu)以推動電(dian)磁(ci)鐵工作。所以要對控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號進行功(gong)率(lv)放(fang)大(da)。
2、電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)工作原理:電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)是指在液(ye)壓傳動與(yu)(yu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中能夠接受模擬(ni)式(shi)或數(shu)字式(shi)信號使(shi)輸出的(de)流量或壓力持(chi)續成比(bi)例地(di)受到控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)一種控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方法。電(dian)液(ye)比(bi)例閥(fa)是介于開關(guan)型的(de)液(ye)壓閥(fa)與(yu)(yu)伺服(fu)閥(fa)之間的(de)一種液(ye)壓元件。與(yu)(yu)電(dian)液(ye)伺服(fu)閥(fa)相比(bi)其(qi)優點(dian)是價廉、抗污(wu)染能力強。除(chu)去在控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)精度(du)及應快(kuai)速性方面還(huan)不如伺服(fu)閥(fa)外其(qi)它方面的(de)性能和控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水平與(yu)(yu)伺服(fu)閥(fa)的(de)相當。因此電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統被廣泛應用于電(dian)液(ye)模塊。
