電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模塊總成(cheng),電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),是(shi)指在液(ye)壓傳動與控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,能夠接受模擬式(shi)(shi)或數字式(shi)(shi)信號,使輸(shu)出的(de)流量或壓力(li)邊續成(cheng)比(bi)例地(di)受到控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)一種控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa)。 電(dian)液(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模塊是(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變速器換擋(dang)而(er)不(bu)是(shi)手動換擋(dang)的(de)執(zhi)行單元。

2、電(dian)液控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的工作(zuo)原理:電(dian)液控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)是指(zhi)在(zai)液壓(ya)(ya)傳(chuan)動與(yu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中能夠接受(shou)模擬式(shi)或數字式(shi)信號使輸(shu)出(chu)的流量或壓(ya)(ya)力(li)持續成比例地受(shou)到控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的一(yi)種控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)法(fa)。電(dian)液比例閥是介于(yu)開(kai)關型(xing)的液壓(ya)(ya)閥與(yu)伺(si)服閥之間的一(yi)種液壓(ya)(ya)元件。與(yu)電(dian)液伺(si)服閥相比其(qi)優(you)點是價廉(lian)、抗污(wu)染能力(li)強。除去在(zai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)精(jing)度及應快速性方(fang)面還不如伺(si)服閥外(wai)其(qi)它方(fang)面的性能和(he)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水平(ping)與(yu)伺(si)服閥的相當。因此電(dian)液控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統被廣泛應用于(yu)電(dian)液模塊(kuai)。
