減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)主(zhu)要用來抑制彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)吸震(zhen)(zhen)后反彈(dan)(dan)時的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)蕩及來自路面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)沖擊(ji)。在經過(guo)不平路面(mian)(mian)時,雖(sui)然吸震(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)可(ke)以過(guo)濾路面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),但彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)自身(shen)還會(hui)有往復(fu)運動(dong)(dong),而減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)就是用來抑制這種彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)(tiao)躍(yue)的(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)軟(ruan),車(che)(che)身(shen)就會(hui)上下跳(tiao)(tiao)躍(yue),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)硬(ying)(ying)就會(hui)帶來太(tai)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)阻力(li),妨礙彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)正常工作。在關(guan)于懸掛系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)改裝過(guo)程中,硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)要與(yu)硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)相(xiang)(xiang)搭(da)配(pei),而彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)(ying)度又(you)與(yu)車(che)(che)重(zhong)息息相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan),因此較(jiao)重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)車(che)(che)一般(ban)采用較(jiao)硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)。與(yu)引震(zhen)(zhen)曲軸相(xiang)(xiang)接的(de)(de)(de)裝置,用來抗(kang)衡曲軸的(de)(de)(de)扭轉震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(即曲軸受汽缸點火的(de)(de)(de)沖擊(ji)力(li)而扭動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)現象(xiang))。
懸架系統(tong)中(zhong)由于彈(dan)性(xing)元件受沖擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),為(wei)改善汽車行(xing)駛平順性(xing),懸架中(zhong)與(yu)(yu)(yu)彈(dan)性(xing)元件并聯(lian)安裝(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),為(wei)衰減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),汽車懸架系統(tong)中(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)多(duo)是(shi)液(ye)力減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),其工(gong)作原理是(shi)當車架(或車身)和(he)車橋間震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)而出現相對運動(dong)(dong)時(shi),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)的活塞(sai)上(shang)下(xia)移(yi)動(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)腔(qiang)內(nei)的油(you)液(ye)便反復地從一個腔(qiang)經過不(bu)同的孔(kong)(kong)隙流入另(ling)一個腔(qiang)內(nei)。此時(shi)孔(kong)(kong)壁與(yu)(yu)(yu)油(you)液(ye)間的摩擦和(he)油(you)液(ye)分子(zi)間的內(nei)摩擦對震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)形成阻尼(ni)力,使汽車震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)能量轉化為(wei)油(you)液(ye)熱(re)能,再(zai)由減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)吸(xi)收散發到大氣中(zhong)。在油(you)液(ye)通道截面和(he)等(deng)因素不(bu)變時(shi),阻尼(ni)力隨(sui)車架與(yu)(yu)(yu)車橋(或車輪)之(zhi)間的相對運動(dong)(dong)速度(du)增減(jian)(jian)(jian),并與(yu)(yu)(yu)油(you)液(ye)粘度(du)有關[1] 。
減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)與彈性元(yuan)件(jian)承擔(dan)著(zhu)緩沖擊和減(jian)震(zhen)的任務,阻(zu)尼(ni)力過大,將(jiang)使懸架彈性變壞,甚至使減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)連接件(jian)損壞。因(yin)而要調節彈性元(yuan)件(jian)和減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)這一矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮行程(車(che)橋和(he)車(che)架(jia)相互靠近),減(jian)震器(qi)阻(zu)尼力較小,以便充分(fen)發(fa)揮彈性元件的彈性作用,緩(huan)和(he)沖擊。這(zhe)時,彈性元件起主要作用。
(2) 在懸(xuan)架伸張(zhang)行程中(車橋(qiao)和車架相互遠離),減震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)阻尼力應大(da),迅速減震(zhen)(zhen)。
(3) 當車(che)橋(qiao)(或車(che)輪(lun))與(yu)車(che)橋(qiao)間的相對速度(du)過大時,要求減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)能(neng)自動加大液(ye)流量,使阻尼力始(shi)終保持在一定限(xian)度(du)之內(nei),以(yi)避免(mian)承受過大的沖(chong)擊載荷(he)。
在(zai)汽車懸架系(xi)統中廣泛采(cai)(cai)用的(de)是筒式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),且在(zai)壓(ya)縮和伸張行程中均能起減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)作用叫雙(shuang)向(xiang)作用式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),還有采(cai)(cai)用新式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),它包(bao)括充(chong)氣式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和阻力可調式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。
汽車減(jian)振器(qi)的安裝方法(fa)如(ru)下:
1、將車(che)輛(liang)駛入工位,正確停(ting)放(fang)(fang)。將舉升機支撐座(zuo)伸(shen)入車(che)輛(liang)底部,確保(bao)支撐座(zuo)和車(che)輛(liang)車(che)身支撐點良好接(jie)觸。取下(xia)接(jie)雨板、雨刷器,拆卸(xie)輪胎,拆卸(xie)下(xia)來的輪胎平穩的放(fang)(fang)在(zai)地上,外側朝上,將輪胎螺(luo)絲(si)放(fang)(fang)在(zai)工具車(che)上;
2、逐步(bu)拆卸連接桿(gan)的螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲,剎車(che)(che)油管螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲,剎車(che)(che)ABS線。螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲拆卸后整(zheng)理好放(fang)在(zai)工(gong)具(ju)車(che)(che)上(shang)(注(zhu)(zhu)意:小心拆卸油管和(he)ABS線不(bu)要損壞(huai)(huai))半軸(zhou)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)帽取(qu)下(xia),拆下(xia)自動系統。(注(zhu)(zhu)意:合(he)理固定卡鉗,不(bu)要損壞(huai)(huai)油管。)拆下(xia)方向(xiang)拉桿(gan)(注(zhu)(zhu)意:用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)工(gong)具(ju)取(qu)下(xia)球頭(tou))拆下(xia)車(che)(che)身高度傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(注(zhu)(zhu)意:小心拆下(xia),不(bu)要損壞(huai)(huai))拆下(xia)下(xia)控(kong)制臂球頭(tou)取(qu)下(xia)上(shang)座連接螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓,將減震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總成(cheng)及轉向(xiang)節總成(cheng)一并拿出。(注(zhu)(zhu)意:需兩人配合(he)操(cao)作,避免更(geng)換相關部件損壞(huai)(huai));
3、原車(che)(che)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)已拆卸完成(cheng)(cheng),開(kai)始更(geng)換新的(de)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)。取出新的(de)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),對比新舊(jiu)無誤(wu)后方能安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。將(jiang)新的(de)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在轉向節總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)上,將(jiang)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)及轉向節總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)一同裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)車(che)(che)輛。把ABS線(xian)、油管、拉桿(gan)球頭(tou)恢復(fu)原位。將(jiang)自動系統全部(bu)復(fu)原,仔細檢查油管及其他線(xian)路有無干涉。將(jiang)車(che)(che)胎(tai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)車(che)(che)(注意:仔細擰緊(jin)輪胎(tai)螺栓(shuan))依(yi)次(ci)將(jiang)接雨(yu)板、雨(yu)刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)原車(che)(che)。(注意:安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完成(cheng)(cheng)之后,要記得(de)調(diao)試(shi)雨(yu)刷(shua)器(qi)(qi))安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完畢,進行路試(shi)
