電(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力轉向(xiang)系統(tong)主(zhu)要由扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器,車速傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器,電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),減速機(ji)構與電(dian)子控(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元等(deng)組成。該系統(tong)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器感知駕駛(shi)員在轉向(xiang)操作(zuo)時(shi)方向(xiang)盤產生的(de)扭矩(ju)力和轉向(xiang)角(jiao)度,就會把操控(kong)(kong)信(xin)息轉換成數字信(xin)號(hao)(hao)輸入到控(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元,再(zai)經過(guo)(guo)控(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元對這些信(xin)號(hao)(hao)進行(xing)運算得到一個最(zui)佳的(de)力矩(ju)最(zui)后控(kong)(kong)制驅使電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)。以(yi)上就是(shi)整個電(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力系統(tong)構成和工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)過(guo)(guo)程,不難看出扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器在電(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力系統(tong)中是(shi)最(zui)為(wei)重要的(de)器件(jian)之一。

扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)傳感器(qi)的(de)作用(yong)是測(ce)量動態(tai)扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)和(he)靜態(tai)扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju),其檢(jian)測(ce)穩定(ding)性、抗干擾(rao)性,以及精度(du)都很好,每次(ci)使用(yong)不需要調整為零。
