減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)用來(lai)抑制彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)后反彈(dan)(dan)時的震(zhen)(zhen)蕩及來(lai)自路面(mian)的沖擊。在經過不平(ping)路面(mian)時,雖然吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)可以過濾路面(mian)的震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),但彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)自身(shen)還會(hui)(hui)有往復運動(dong),而(er)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)就是用來(lai)抑制這種彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)(tiao)躍(yue)的。減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太軟,車身(shen)就會(hui)(hui)上下(xia)跳(tiao)(tiao)躍(yue),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太硬就會(hui)(hui)帶(dai)來(lai)太大的阻力,妨礙彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)。在關于懸掛(gua)系統的改(gai)裝過程中(zhong),硬的減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)要(yao)與硬的彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)相(xiang)搭(da)配,而(er)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的硬度又與車重(zhong)息息相(xiang)關,因(yin)此較重(zhong)的車一般(ban)采(cai)用較硬的減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)。與引震(zhen)(zhen)曲(qu)軸相(xiang)接的裝置,用來(lai)抗衡曲(qu)軸的扭轉(zhuan)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(即(ji)曲(qu)軸受汽缸(gang)點火(huo)的沖擊力而(er)扭動(dong)的現(xian)象)。
懸架(jia)系統(tong)中(zhong)由于彈(dan)性元件(jian)受沖(chong)擊產生震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),為改善汽車(che)(che)行駛平順性,懸架(jia)中(zhong)與彈(dan)性元件(jian)并聯安裝減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),為衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),汽車(che)(che)懸架(jia)系統(tong)中(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)多是(shi)(shi)液(ye)力減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),其工作原理是(shi)(shi)當車(che)(che)架(jia)(或車(che)(che)身)和(he)(he)車(che)(che)橋間(jian)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)出現相(xiang)對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)內的活塞上下移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)腔(qiang)內的油(you)液(ye)便(bian)反復地(di)從(cong)一個腔(qiang)經(jing)過不同的孔隙流入另一個腔(qiang)內。此(ci)時(shi)孔壁與油(you)液(ye)間(jian)的摩擦和(he)(he)油(you)液(ye)分(fen)子間(jian)的內摩擦對(dui)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形成阻尼(ni)力,使汽車(che)(che)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能量轉(zhuan)化為油(you)液(ye)熱能,再由減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)吸收散發到大氣中(zhong)。在(zai)油(you)液(ye)通道截面(mian)和(he)(he)等因(yin)素不變(bian)時(shi),阻尼(ni)力隨車(che)(che)架(jia)與車(che)(che)橋(或車(che)(che)輪)之間(jian)的相(xiang)對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)度增(zeng)減(jian)(jian),并與油(you)液(ye)粘度有(you)關[1] 。
減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)與彈性(xing)元(yuan)件承擔(dan)著(zhu)緩(huan)沖擊和減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)的任務,阻尼力過大,將使(shi)懸架彈性(xing)變壞,甚至(zhi)使(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)連接件損壞。因而(er)要(yao)調節彈性(xing)元(yuan)件和減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)這(zhe)一矛盾(dun)。
(1) 在壓縮行程(車橋和車架相(xiang)互(hu)靠近(jin)),減震器(qi)阻(zu)尼力較小,以(yi)便充分(fen)發揮(hui)彈性元(yuan)件的彈性作用(yong),緩和沖擊。這(zhe)時(shi),彈性元(yuan)件起(qi)主要作用(yong)。
(2) 在懸架伸(shen)張行程中(車橋和車架相互(hu)遠離(li)),減震(zhen)器阻尼力(li)應大,迅速減震(zhen)。
(3) 當(dang)車(che)(che)橋(qiao)(或車(che)(che)輪)與車(che)(che)橋(qiao)間的相對速度過(guo)大時,要求減震器能自動加大液流量(liang),使(shi)阻(zu)尼力(li)始終(zhong)保持在一定限度之內,以避免承(cheng)受過(guo)大的沖擊(ji)載荷。
在(zai)汽車(che)懸架系統中廣泛采用(yong)(yong)的是(shi)筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)減震器(qi)(qi)(qi),且在(zai)壓縮(suo)和伸張行程中均能起(qi)減震作用(yong)(yong)叫雙向作用(yong)(yong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)減震器(qi)(qi)(qi),還有采用(yong)(yong)新(xin)式(shi)(shi)(shi)減震器(qi)(qi)(qi),它包括充氣式(shi)(shi)(shi)減震器(qi)(qi)(qi)和阻(zu)力可調式(shi)(shi)(shi)減震器(qi)(qi)(qi)。
汽(qi)車減振器(qi)的安裝方法如下:
1、將(jiang)車(che)(che)輛駛入工位,正確(que)停放。將(jiang)舉(ju)升機支撐座伸入車(che)(che)輛底部,確(que)保支撐座和車(che)(che)輛車(che)(che)身支撐點良好接觸。取下接雨板、雨刷器(qi),拆(chai)卸輪(lun)胎,拆(chai)卸下來的輪(lun)胎平(ping)穩的放在地上(shang)(shang)(shang),外側朝(chao)上(shang)(shang)(shang),將(jiang)輪(lun)胎螺絲放在工具車(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)(shang);
2、逐步拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)連接桿的(de)螺(luo)絲,剎車油(you)管螺(luo)絲,剎車ABS線。螺(luo)絲拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)后整理好(hao)放在工(gong)具車上(shang)(注意:小心(xin)(xin)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie)油(you)管和ABS線不要(yao)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai))半軸螺(luo)帽取下(xia)(xia),拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)自動系統。(注意:合理固定卡鉗,不要(yao)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)油(you)管。)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)方向拉桿(注意:用專(zhuan)用工(gong)具取下(xia)(xia)球頭)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)車身高度傳感器(注意:小心(xin)(xin)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia),不要(yao)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai))拆(chai)(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)下(xia)(xia)控(kong)制臂(bei)球頭取下(xia)(xia)上(shang)座(zuo)連接螺(luo)栓,將(jiang)減震器總成及轉向節總成一并拿出。(注意:需兩人配合操作(zuo),避免(mian)更換相(xiang)關部件損(sun)(sun)壞(huai));
3、原(yuan)車減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)總成(cheng)已拆卸完(wan)成(cheng),開(kai)始更換新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)總成(cheng)。取出新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)總成(cheng),對比新(xin)舊無誤后方(fang)能安裝。將(jiang)新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)總成(cheng)安裝在轉向(xiang)節總成(cheng)上(shang),將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)總成(cheng)及轉向(xiang)節總成(cheng)一同(tong)裝配(pei)回(hui)車輛。把ABS線、油管、拉桿球頭恢復(fu)原(yuan)位(wei)。將(jiang)自動系(xi)統全部復(fu)原(yuan),仔細檢查油管及其他線路有無干(gan)涉。將(jiang)車胎裝配(pei)回(hui)車(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)(yi):仔細擰緊(jin)輪胎螺栓)依次將(jiang)接雨(yu)板、雨(yu)刷器(qi)裝配(pei)回(hui)原(yuan)車。(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)(yi):安裝完(wan)成(cheng)之后,要記得調試雨(yu)刷器(qi))安裝完(wan)畢(bi),進(jin)行路試
