后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼下(xia)部的放油螺塞擰下(xia),放出橋(qiao)殼的潤滑油;拆下(xia)主(zhu)動(dong)錐齒輪凸緣與(yu)傳(chuan)動(dong)軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前(qian),應將(jiang)前(qian)輪用掩木掩住,松開駐車制動器。拆(chai)卸(xie)時(shi),松開并擰(ning)下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用銅(tong)錘輕輕打(da)擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)尾部中央2至(zhi)3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭面與輪轂(gu)連(lian)接面分(fen)離后,用手(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即(ji)可將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)抽出。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)花鍵部分(fen)即(ji)將(jiang)通過油封(feng)時(shi),要用手(shou)托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)桿部,并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)并行移(yi)出,不(bu)致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)油封(feng)損壞(huai),也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)掉地扎(zha)傷人(ren);
3、主(zhu)減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成的拆卸(xie):卸(xie)下后制動軟管與(yu)三通接(jie)頭;用小車(che),將減(jian)速器(qi)殼支承好,拆下減(jian)速器(qi)殼與(yu)后橋連接(jie)的12個螺栓(shuan),將減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)(zong)成從(cong)橋殼上取下;斷開制動氣室(shi)軟管、管路之間的連接(jie),拆下制動氣室(shi),拆下調整臂總(zong)(zong)成;
4、拆除輪(lun)轂調整螺(luo)母鎖片(pian)緊(jin)固(gu)螺(luo)釘,取出鎖片(pian)用(yong),專用(yong)套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂調整螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動(dong)輪(lun)轂及制動(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng),用(yong)拉馬向外拉輪(lun)轂,同時在制動(dong)鼓(gu)上輕(qing)輕(qing)敲擊,以震松外軸承內圈(quan),待外軸承內圈(quan)松動(dong)后,取下輪(lun)轂及制動(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng),但此時應注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)該總成(cheng)重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不要摔壞或砸傷人,同時要注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)保護外軸承內圈(quan)不要摔壞;
5、用拉(la)馬(ma)拆(chai)(chai)出內軸(zhou)承內圈總(zong)(zong)成和(he)油封座(zuo)圈總(zong)(zong)成;用回位彈簧拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)工(gong)具,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器回位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用板手拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器底板緊(jin)固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器底板帶蹄片及防塵罩(zhao)總(zong)(zong)成;拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動氣室支架,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)橋殼總(zong)(zong)成;
6、最后安裝拆卸的反序安裝即可。
