后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將(jiang)橋(qiao)殼下(xia)(xia)部的(de)放油螺塞擰下(xia)(xia),放出橋(qiao)殼的(de)潤滑油;拆下(xia)(xia)主動(dong)錐(zhui)齒輪凸緣與傳動(dong)軸的(de)連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸。拆(chai)卸前,應(ying)將(jiang)前輪用(yong)掩(yan)木掩(yan)住,松(song)開(kai)駐車制動(dong)器(qi)。拆(chai)卸時(shi),松(song)開(kai)并擰下全部(bu)(bu)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)銅錘輕(qing)輕(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)(bu)中(zhong)央(yang)2至(zhi)3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪轂(gu)連接面分(fen)離后,用(yong)手(shou)拉(la)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即可將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽(chou)出。注意在半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)(bu)分(fen)即將(jiang)通過油封(feng)時(shi),要用(yong)手(shou)托住半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu)(bu),并緩緩轉動(dong)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并行移出,不(bu)致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油封(feng)損壞(huai),也預防半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主(zhu)減速(su)器總成的(de)拆卸:卸下(xia)后制(zhi)動(dong)軟管(guan)與三通接頭(tou);用(yong)小車,將減速(su)器殼(ke)支承好,拆下(xia)減速(su)器殼(ke)與后橋連接的(de)12個(ge)螺栓,將減速(su)器總成從橋殼(ke)上取下(xia);斷開(kai)制(zhi)動(dong)氣室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的(de)連接,拆下(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)氣室,拆下(xia)調整臂總成;
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)螺(luo)母鎖(suo)片緊固(gu)螺(luo)釘,取出(chu)鎖(suo)片用(yong),專(zhuan)用(yong)套筒(tong)拆(chai)掉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總(zong)成,用(yong)拉馬(ma)向外(wai)拉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同時在制動(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)上輕輕敲擊(ji),以震松外(wai)軸承內圈(quan),待外(wai)軸承內圈(quan)松動(dong)(dong)(dong)后,取下輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總(zong)成,但此(ci)時應注意(yi)該總(zong)成重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不(bu)要(yao)摔壞或砸傷(shang)人,同時要(yao)注意(yi)保(bao)護外(wai)軸承內圈(quan)不(bu)要(yao)摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內軸(zhou)承內圈總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)和油封座(zuo)圈總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);用回位彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)拆(chai)卸工(gong)具,拆(chai)下制動器回位彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang),取(qu)(qu)下凸輪軸(zhou);用板(ban)(ban)手拆(chai)下制動器底板(ban)(ban)緊(jin)固螺栓,取(qu)(qu)下制動器底板(ban)(ban)帶(dai)蹄片(pian)及防塵(chen)罩總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);拆(chai)下制動氣室(shi)支(zhi)架,拆(chai)下橋殼總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后安裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序(xu)安裝(zhuang)即可。
