轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi),又名轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機、方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機,它是轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中最(zui)重要的(de)部(bu)件(jian)。它的(de)作用(yong)是:增大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)傳到轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳動(dong)(dong)機構的(de)力(li)(li)(li)和(he)改(gai)變力(li)(li)(li)的(de)傳遞(di)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)操縱(zong)是全液(ye)壓(ya)式(shi),也就是說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪之間(jian)沒有(you)機械連接(jie),在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油缸之間(jian)是液(ye)壓(ya)管(guan)或軟管(guan)鏈(lian)接(jie)。當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)根據(ju)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)比例輸(shu)送相對的(de)油量,該油量直接(jie)流到操縱(zong)缸相應一側(ce),同(tong)時(shi)另一側(ce)的(de)油量回到油箱(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)按結(jie)構形式(shi)可分為(wei):有(you)齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸(gua)桿曲(qu)柄指(zhi)(zhi)銷式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、循(xun)環(huan)球(qiu)-齒(chi)條齒(chi)扇式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、循(xun)環(huan)球(qiu)曲(qu)柄指(zhi)(zhi)銷式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸(gua)桿滾輪式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)等。按照助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)形式(shi)又可以分:為(wei)機械式(shi)(無助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi),和(he)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)式(shi)(有(you)助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩種,其中動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)又可以分為(wei)氣壓(ya)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)式(shi)、液(ye)壓(ya)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)式(shi)、電動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)式(shi)、電液(ye)助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)式(shi)等種類(lei)。
威志(zhi)V5的外觀變化主要集中在(zai)前(qian)(qian)臉設(she)(she)計(ji)上,其(qi)中進氣格柵(zha)面積(ji)更加寬大并且與上揚(yang)的全(quan)新前(qian)(qian)燈造型相結合(he),同時(shi)前(qian)(qian)杠下沿一體(ti)式的黑色(se)進氣口提升了一些審美感受(shou)。威志(zhi)V5的內飾設(she)(she)計(ji)最明顯的變化在(zai)于儀表(biao)盤位置(zhi)移至傳統的駕駛員正面方向(xiang),同時(shi)儀表(biao)盤采用藍(lan)色(se)背光白色(se)指針樣式,增添一些時(shi)尚感。
