電動助力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系統(tong)主要(yao)由扭矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),車速傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),電動機(ji),減速機(ji)構(gou)與電子(zi)控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan)等組成。該(gai)系統(tong)通過扭矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員(yuan)在轉(zhuan)向(xiang)操(cao)作時方向(xiang)盤產(chan)生的(de)(de)扭矩(ju)(ju)力(li)和(he)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)角度,就(jiu)會(hui)把操(cao)控(kong)(kong)信(xin)息轉(zhuan)換成數字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)輸入到(dao)控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan),再經過控(kong)(kong)制單元(yuan)對(dui)這(zhe)些信(xin)號(hao)進行運算得到(dao)一個(ge)最(zui)佳的(de)(de)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)最(zui)后控(kong)(kong)制驅(qu)使電動機(ji)工作。以上就(jiu)是(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)電動助力(li)系統(tong)構(gou)成和(he)工作的(de)(de)過程,不難看出扭矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在電動助力(li)系統(tong)中是(shi)最(zui)為重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)器(qi)件之(zhi)一。

扭(niu)矩傳感器的作用是測量動態扭(niu)矩和靜(jing)態扭(niu)矩,其檢測穩定性、抗(kang)干(gan)擾性,以及精度都(dou)很好,每次使用不需要(yao)調整為(wei)零。
