電(dian)(dian)(dian)動助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)轉向系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器,車速(su)傳感(gan)器,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji),減速(su)機(ji)構(gou)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元(yuan)等組成。該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通過扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器感(gan)知駕駛員(yuan)在轉向操作(zuo)時方向盤產生的(de)扭矩(ju)力(li)(li)和轉向角(jiao)度,就(jiu)會(hui)把操控(kong)信(xin)(xin)息轉換成數字信(xin)(xin)號輸(shu)入到(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元(yuan),再經過控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元(yuan)對(dui)這些信(xin)(xin)號進行(xing)運算(suan)得到(dao)一個最佳的(de)力(li)(li)矩(ju)最后控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)驅使電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)。以上就(jiu)是(shi)整個電(dian)(dian)(dian)動助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)構(gou)成和工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)過程,不難看出扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器在電(dian)(dian)(dian)動助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中是(shi)最為(wei)重要的(de)器件之一。
