電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi),車速(su)傳感(gan)器(qi),電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機,減速(su)機構與電(dian)子控(kong)制單元(yuan)等組成。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通過扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向操作時方(fang)向盤產生的(de)扭(niu)矩(ju)力(li)(li)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向角度,就(jiu)會把操控(kong)信息轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換成數字信號輸(shu)入到控(kong)制單元(yuan),再經過控(kong)制單元(yuan)對這些信號進行運(yun)算得到一個最佳的(de)力(li)(li)矩(ju)最后控(kong)制驅使電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機工作。以(yi)上就(jiu)是整個電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)構成和工作的(de)過程,不難看(kan)出(chu)扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)是最為重要的(de)器(qi)件(jian)之一。
