五檔同步器。車同步器的作用是使接合套與待嚙合的齒圈迅速同步,縮短換擋時間。防止接合套與待嚙合的齒圈在同步前嚙合而產生接合齒之間的沖擊,使換擋較為順當,減少換擋齒輪噪聲。

手動(dong)變速(su)箱的結構(gou)內部有(you)一個非常重要的設備,那(nei)就(jiu)是"同步器”。同步器的作用是很顯而易見的那(nei)就(jiu)是換擋時候(hou)由于動(dong)力輸出(chu)端齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)轉速(su)要快于馬上要換入(ru)這個擋位的齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun),如(ru)果沒(mei)有(you)同步器,把(ba)個慢速(su)旋轉的齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)強行塞入(ru)一個高(gao)速(su)旋轉的齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)中,肯定會發生(sheng)打齒(chi)的現象(xiang)。
同步器的(de)(de)作(zuo)用就是(shi)在換(huan)(huan)擋動作(zuo)發生時,將(jiang)即(ji)將(jiang)換(huan)(huan)入擋位的(de)(de)齒輪(lun)轉(zhuan)速(su)提升至和(he)輸出端齒輪(lun)速(su)度同步的(de)(de)狀態,這(zhe)樣(yang)換(huan)(huan)擋時候就不(bu)會存在打(da)齒現象了(le)。
明白了打齒(chi)的(de)現象(xiang)發(fa)生,那為(wei)什么很(hen)多車正(zheng)向行駛時候就不存(cun)在打齒(chi),而一掛入(ru)倒(dao)擋就打齒(chi),那是因為(wei)很(hen)多車型的(de)倒(dao)擋是沒有(you)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)倒(dao)擋同步(bu)器的(de),因為(wei)廠商的(de)理念(nian)里,倒(dao)擋是需要完全停止再掛入(ru)并且使用的(de)機會相對小了很(hen)多,所以出(chu)于簡化變速(su)箱結構(gou)和節省成本的(de)目(mu)的(de),很(hen)多中低(di)端手動變速(su)箱的(de)倒(dao)擋就沒有(you)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)倒(dao)擋同步(bu)器。
沒(mei)有(you)安裝倒擋同步(bu)器(qi)的手動變(bian)速(su)箱就會(hui)存在掛入倒擋打(da)齒(chi)的現象。當然(ran)了,這里也和用戶使用習慣(guan)有(you)非常大的關系,因為倒擋本身不含(han)同步(bu)器(qi),需要完全把車(che)輛停止(zhi),讓(rang)動力輸出端速(su)度降低(di)到和倒擋齒(chi)輪(lun)(這時候(hou)倒擋齒(chi)輪(lun)是靜(jing)止(zhi)的)之間的轉速(su)差(cha)變(bian)小(xiao),這樣才能保證掛如倒擋比較平順(shun)且沒(mei)有(you)打(da)齒(chi)。很多(duo)用戶車(che)末(mo)停穩就著急立(li)刻掛入倒擋,自然(ran)會(hui)讓(rang)沒(mei)有(you)同步(bu)器(qi)的倒擋很受傷(shang),打(da)齒(chi)就會(hui)發生。
