轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi),又名轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機、方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機,它(ta)是(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中最重要的(de)(de)部件(jian)。它(ta)的(de)(de)作用是(shi):增大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤傳到(dao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳動(dong)機構的(de)(de)力(li)(li)和(he)改變力(li)(li)的(de)(de)傳遞方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)操縱是(shi)全液壓(ya)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),也就是(shi)說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪之(zhi)間沒(mei)有(you)機械(xie)連接,在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)與(yu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油缸(gang)之(zhi)間是(shi)液壓(ya)管或軟管鏈接。當(dang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)根據方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)比例輸送(song)相對的(de)(de)油量,該油量直(zhi)接流到(dao)操縱缸(gang)相應(ying)一(yi)側(ce),同時另一(yi)側(ce)的(de)(de)油量回到(dao)油箱。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)按結構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)(wei):有(you)齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、蝸桿(gan)曲柄指(zhi)銷式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、循環(huan)(huan)球-齒(chi)條齒(chi)扇式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、循環(huan)(huan)球曲柄指(zhi)銷式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、蝸桿(gan)滾(gun)輪式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)等。按照助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又可(ke)以分(fen):為(wei)(wei)機械(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(無助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi),和(he)動(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(有(you)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)兩種,其中動(dong)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)又可(ke)以分(fen)為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)壓(ya)動(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、液壓(ya)動(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電動(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電液助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等種類。
起亞K3 PHEV在成都車展迎來了上市,兩款車型補貼后分別售價16.68萬與17.58萬元。這款車作為一款純電動續航能力可達80公里的插電混動車型,起亞K3 PHEV的到來不僅拓寬了起亞新能源產品線,同時也為幾位競品對手帶來了不小的壓力。
作為目前國內市場為數不多的合資緊湊級插電混動產品之一,該車不僅配備了容量為12.9kWh的動力電池組,使得其純電續航里程達到了80km,并且這款車還搭載了一臺熱效率最高可達40%的Kappa 1.6 GDi發動機與長續航電驅動系統進行融合,使得其綜合工況油耗低至1L/100km。這也意味著當K3 PHEV處于滿油滿電的狀態下,這款車的續航能力可達1080公里
