空(kong)調(diao)壓力(li)傳感器壓力(li)傳感器是一種能將檢(jian)測到的(de)壓力(li)信號轉換(huan)成電(dian)子信號,由(you)電(dian)腦板芯(xin)片(pian)進行(xing)微處理,根據壓力(li)檢(jian)測的(de)結果對空(kong)調(diao)機的(de)零部件進行(xing)精(jing)細的(de)控制。
1、工作原理
為兩種壓力傳感器的外觀,如今絕大多數壓力傳感器都是電容式壓力傳感器,它由兩個靠近的平行膜片和一個堅固的小巧殼體構成。空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統的一個(ge)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)元件,其作用是(shi)防(fang)止(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統在極限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑管路(lu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下(xia)工作,并幫助控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)冷(leng)卻風扇(shan)的轉(zhuan)速。 壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)在發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)艙內空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)管路(lu)上。該傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)向發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)ECM或空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單元輸(shu)出(chu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)信號,當(dang)檢測到空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)管路(lu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)過低(di)或過高時,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統停止(zhi)對空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)離(li)合器(qi)(qi)(qi)供電,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)停止(zhi)運(yun)轉(zhuan),以免(mian)對空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)統造成損(sun)壞。當(dang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到一中等壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值時,散熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)風扇(shan)高速運(yun)轉(zhuan),降低(di)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。
