后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將(jiang)橋(qiao)殼下部的放油螺(luo)塞擰(ning)下,放出橋(qiao)殼的潤滑油;拆(chai)下主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)錐齒輪凸(tu)緣與傳動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)的連接螺(luo)栓(shuan);
2、半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸。拆(chai)卸前(qian),應將前(qian)輪用(yong)(yong)掩(yan)木掩(yan)住,松開駐(zhu)車制動器(qi)。拆(chai)卸時,松開并(bing)擰下全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊(jin)固螺母及墊圈(quan);用(yong)(yong)銅錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)中央2至3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭面(mian)與(yu)輪轂連(lian)接(jie)面(mian)分離后,用(yong)(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即(ji)(ji)可將半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵(jian)部(bu)分即(ji)(ji)將通過(guo)油封時,要用(yong)(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu),并(bing)緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)行移(yi)出,不致將半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油封損(sun)壞,也預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)的(de)(de)拆(chai)(chai)卸:卸下(xia)(xia)(xia)后(hou)制(zhi)(zhi)動軟管與三通接(jie)頭;用小車(che),將減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)支承好,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)與后(hou)橋(qiao)連接(jie)的(de)(de)12個(ge)螺栓,將減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)從橋(qiao)殼(ke)上取下(xia)(xia)(xia);斷開制(zhi)(zhi)動氣(qi)室(shi)(shi)軟管、管路之間(jian)的(de)(de)連接(jie),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動氣(qi)室(shi)(shi),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)調整(zheng)臂總成(cheng);
4、拆(chai)除輪轂(gu)調(diao)整螺(luo)母鎖片(pian)緊固(gu)螺(luo)釘,取出(chu)鎖片(pian)用(yong)(yong),專用(yong)(yong)套筒拆(chai)掉輪轂(gu)調(diao)整螺(luo)母;稍(shao)稍(shao)轉(zhuan)動(dong)輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)成(cheng),用(yong)(yong)拉(la)馬(ma)向外(wai)拉(la)輪轂(gu),同(tong)時(shi)在制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)上輕輕敲擊(ji),以震松外(wai)軸(zhou)承內圈(quan),待外(wai)軸(zhou)承內圈(quan)松動(dong)后(hou),取下輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)成(cheng),但此時(shi)應注意(yi)該總(zong)成(cheng)重量較重,不要摔壞或砸傷人,同(tong)時(shi)要注意(yi)保護外(wai)軸(zhou)承內圈(quan)不要摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內(nei)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)和(he)油封座圈總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);用回(hui)位彈簧拆(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動器(qi)回(hui)位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou);用板(ban)手拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動器(qi)底(di)板(ban)緊固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制動器(qi)底(di)板(ban)帶蹄片及防塵罩總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動氣室支(zhi)架,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)橋殼總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆卸的反(fan)序安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)即可(ke)。
