后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼下部的(de)放油(you)(you)螺塞擰下,放出橋(qiao)殼的(de)潤滑油(you)(you);拆下主動錐齒輪凸緣與傳動軸的(de)連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆(chai)卸。拆(chai)卸前,應將(jiang)前輪(lun)(lun)用掩木掩住,松開(kai)駐車制(zhi)動(dong)器。拆(chai)卸時(shi),松開(kai)并擰下(xia)(xia)全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固(gu)螺(luo)母及墊圈;用銅錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)中央2至3下(xia)(xia),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪(lun)(lun)轂連接面分離后,用手(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即可(ke)將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵(jian)部(bu)分即將(jiang)通過油(you)封時(shi),要用手(shou)托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu),并緩緩轉動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并行移出,不致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封損(sun)壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷人;
3、主減速(su)器(qi)總(zong)成的拆(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)(xia)后(hou)制動(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)管與三通接(jie)頭;用小車,將減速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)支承好(hao),拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)減速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)與后(hou)橋連(lian)接(jie)的12個(ge)螺栓,將減速(su)器(qi)總(zong)成從橋殼(ke)上(shang)取下(xia)(xia);斷開制動(dong)(dong)氣室(shi)軟(ruan)管、管路之間的連(lian)接(jie),拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)(dong)氣室(shi),拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)調(diao)整(zheng)臂(bei)總(zong)成;
4、拆除輪(lun)轂(gu)調整(zheng)螺母鎖片緊固(gu)螺釘,取出(chu)鎖片用(yong),專用(yong)套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂(gu)調整(zheng)螺母;稍稍轉動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)及(ji)制動(dong)(dong)鼓總(zong)成,用(yong)拉馬向外(wai)拉輪(lun)轂(gu),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)在制動(dong)(dong)鼓上(shang)輕輕敲擊(ji),以震松外(wai)軸(zhou)承內圈,待外(wai)軸(zhou)承內圈松動(dong)(dong)后,取下輪(lun)轂(gu)及(ji)制動(dong)(dong)鼓總(zong)成,但(dan)此(ci)時(shi)(shi)應注意該總(zong)成重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不要(yao)摔壞或砸(za)傷人,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)要(yao)注意保護(hu)外(wai)軸(zhou)承內圈不要(yao)摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內軸承內圈(quan)總成和油封座圈(quan)總成;用回位彈(dan)簧拆(chai)卸工(gong)具,拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)器回位彈(dan)簧,取(qu)下(xia)凸(tu)輪軸;用板(ban)手拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)器底板(ban)緊固螺栓,取(qu)下(xia)制動(dong)器底板(ban)帶蹄片及防塵罩總成;拆(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)氣室支架,拆(chai)下(xia)橋殼總成;
6、最后安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)即可。
